GENERAL INFORMATION AND REGULATIONS FOR EXHIBITORS AND SUPPLIERS
Dear Exhibitor
We are very pleased to count on your participation as an Exhibitor at The Smarter E South America 2023, to be held on August 29-31, 2023, at Expo Center Norte (white, green and red pavilions), Rua José Bernardo Pinto, 333 - Vila Guilherme - São Paulo.
In order to facilitate your participation, better planning and logistics, we are sending you this manual.
The Exhibitor shall demand from all the companies it hires total compliance with the rules, specifications and requirements of "Expo Center Norte", contained in this MANUAL, especially in what concerns assembly and decoration.
Expo Center Norte" will stop any work that does not follow the assembly norms established in this MANUAL. Any costs incurred will be the Exhibitor's responsibility.
We advise that all persons responsible for the assembly of their products and/or decoration of the stand also have access to this information, so that arrangements can be made in a timely manner.

The
following Terms of Use are based on the principles of TECH HOUSE TECNOLOGIA EM
EVENTOS LTDA (euVou) and represent the service terms that rule the Users
relationship.
1. About
euVou
euVou is a
digital platform that offers solutions for event organization management,
providing the best experience for both Visitor and Organizer.
In case you
do not agree with the terms described here, please contact us so we can learn
about your dissatisfaction and re-evaluate our Terms of Use. Moreover, in case of disagreement, we
recommend you not to register on our platform or use any of our services.
It is
important to note that euVou is not part of the event organization. The
activity developed by us is related only to the digital technology through
which the event will be held.
2. Use of
the services
To use
euVou services, you need to create an account on our platform. Learn more by
accessing our privacy policy.
Only
persons in full condition to exercise the acts of civil life or through their
legal representatives are allowed to register on our platform.
By creating
an account you agree to provide true, complete and updated information about
yourself.
If we have
reason to believe that any information you provide is untrue, we have the right
to suspend or terminate your account, as well as refuse to provide any of our
services.
Any error,
delay, loss or damage caused due to the registration of incorrect, incomplete
or outdated information is your sole responsibility.
3. Username
and Password
When you
register on our platform, you create an digital access. Either by creating a
login and password or by using social networks. The access information is
personal and non-transferable.
You are
solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the access
information chosen when registering.
You are
solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and you
undertake to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or
any other security breach.
euVou shall
not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access or
use of your account;
4. Your
Obligations
By
purchasing any of our services you commit to:
a. Enter
correct, complete and updated data. Otherwise, the purchase may be invalidated
and you will have to make a new purchase, subject to the conditions and
availability of tickets/registrations at that time;
b. Bear the
amounts charged on your credit card bill, in case this is the chosen payment
method;
c.
Pay the full amount of the invoice and pay it by the due date, if you choose
this method of payment. After the due date, the boleto is no longer valid for
the purchase and the ticket/registration will no longer be reserved for you;
d. Buy tickets/registrations only through euVou
platforms (website and/or mobile app) or at authorized sale points. EuVou is
not responsible for and does not vouch for the veracity or reliability of tickets/registrations
purchased via third parties, other websites or any unauthorized point of sale;
e. Provide
all the information and documents that are requested in case any purchase validation
is required by euVou or the payment processor;
f.
If you have purchased tickets/registrations using a credit card, have in hand
at the entrance of the event an identity document with photo of the cardholder
or the card used for the purchase;
g. Keep
your ticket safe, not disclosing it or allowing third parties access to it in
any way;
h. Bear the
fee eventually charged by the payment processor in case of credit resulting from the chargeback of purchase
cancellation; and
i. Exclude euVou
of any liability related to the event for which tickets/registrations were
purchased. euVou is not the Organizer of the event. euVou provides the platform
for Organizers to sell their tickets/registrations and manage their
participants.
5.
Cancellation and refund of transactions
It is the
responsibility of the Organizer to communicate to potential Buyers its own
cancellation policy, which must be compatible with the maximum refund period
allowed by the Consumer Protection Code and request, when deemed necessary, the
cancellation of the transaction through the tools present in the platform;
6. Image
Rights
For
all legal purposes, you authorize euVou to use your
image and photographs that are include in platform or taken in the event,
without any kind of restriction and remuneration.
7. Exclusion
of Account
euVou, in
its sole discretion, may terminate your account and remove any and/or all
content created by you through the platform at any time and for any reason,
including, without limitation, if we find that you have violated these Terms of
Use.
8.
Limitation of Liability
euVou does
not produce or organize the event. The events sold through our platform are
provided by Organizers and event agencies that use the services offered by
euVou for selling their own tickets/registrations and managing their
participants;
We do not
participate in the production of the events made and sold through our platform
and we are not liable, under any circumstances, for any losses and damages
related to the participation in events that use our services;
euVou shall
not be liable, under any circumstances, for any losses and damages related to
the use of our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or temporarily
discontinue the services we provide.
9. General
Provisions
euVou shall
not be liable for any damage or injury from the sending of information or
advertising content that have not been triggered by euVou itself, whether
legitimate or undesired, and also shall not be liable for the content of the
opinions posted on the page of the events;
The euVou
Terms of Use do not generate any exclusivity rights, unless the parties sign a
written agreement to that effect, as well as no other rights or obligations other
than those expressly provided herein;
The
eventual tolerance to any violation of the terms and conditions contained
herein shall be considered mere liberality and shall not be construed as
novation, enforceable precedent, waiver of rights, tacit change of contractual terms, acquired right
or contractual amendment;
Communication
to euVou shall be made through the service channels indicated and available on
our platforms.
10.
Applicable Law
Although in
compliance with the European legislation on data protection, this document is
governed and shall be interpreted according to the laws of the Federative
Republic of Brazil.
11. Venue.
The courts
of Barueri, São Paulo, are hereby elected as the competent jurisdiction to
settle any issues that may arise from this document, expressly waiving any
other, no matter how privileged it may be.
12.
Consent
When using
our platform, you agree with the Terms of Use contained in this document.
13. Third
Party Consent
If you are
entering into this contract on behalf of another person, you warrant on your
sole civil and criminal responsibility that you have the free, specific,
informed and explicit consent of the person that you are representing;
In this
case, you do not have the represented
person's consent, you should not proceed with the contracting.

providing the best experience for Visitors, Organizers, Exhibitors and Service
Providers.
In case you

recommend you not to register on our platform or use any of our services.
It is
important to note that euVou is not part of the event organization. The
activity developed by us concerns only to the digital technology through which
the event will be held.
Thus, to
develop our activity in the best possible way, it is essential that we collect
some information about you.
The purpose
of this policy is to make explicit the information collected about you and the
way we will use it or not.
It is worth
mentioning that this Privacy Policy applies to all systems connected to euVou,
among them: the services provided by euVou through our website and our mobile
applications.
2. What
data is collected?
Most of our
information collection and processing activities are typically based on
a. the
necessity for the performance of contractual obligations;
b. the
legitimate interests of euVou or third parties that are not overridden by your
data protection interests, and
c. your
consent.
We will
explain each of these situations below.
2.1
Contractual obligations and legitimate interest.
We only
collect essential information about you in order to do our business in the best
possible way. Without this information, we would be unable to provide our
services and to comply with our contracts with you and with third parties.
2.2 Data
provided with your consent.
When you
sign up for an account to access one or more of our services, we may ask for
the following information about you:

identification document (ID and/or PASSPORT)
c. country
of origin
d. gender
e. date of
birth
f. full
address
g. telephone
for contact
h. e-mail

name where you work; and
j. position
you hold in the company.
You must also create a password to access the account you have created. This
password is personal and non-transferable. Read more about this in our terms of

In
addition, you can provide us with some additional information that will be
provided by you through a questionnaire. This information will be used to
create a database that will be used by the Event Organizers (read more in item
#4). In some cases, depending on the Event Organizer demands, answers to
questionnaires will be mandatory for participation in the Event.
2.3 Data
generated by you.
We record
information generated by you when you:
a. register
for any event made available on our platforms;
b. sign up
for our newsletter or any other mailing list;
c. respond
to surveys;
d. submit a
form to request customer support or contact euVou for any other purpose.
e. you log
into our platform;
f. when you
browse our platform.
In addition, control data may also be generated, such as:
a. time and
place of entry and exit from the event;
b. length
of stay in the event
c. booths visited;
d. time of
permanence in the booths; and
e. origin
of accreditation;
2.4.
technical information.
When you
visit our websites, we collect information that web browsers, mobile devices
and servers make available, such as:
a. the
internet protocol address;
b. browser
type;
c. language
preference;
d. time zone;
e. Referrer URL;
f. date and
time of access;
g.
operating system;
h. mobile
device manufacturer; and
i. mobile
network information.
We include
this information in our log files to understand more about the users of our
websites and applications.
2.3
Payment Information.
euVou does
not handle any payment information. All processing is done by an external
platform, unrelated to us.

Purposes for our use of information.
In addition
to the purposes mentioned above, we may use your information for the following
purposes:
- To
communicate with you (e.g., via email) about events for which you have
registered, changes to this Privacy Policy, changes to the Terms of Use, or
other important notices;
- To keep
you informed about upcoming events, invitations, offers, promotions and other
information that we believe may be of interest to you;
- To invite
you for surveys or feedback about our services;
- To
understand how users use our products and services, to monitor and prevent
problems, and to improve our products and services;
- To
provide customer support and to analyse and improve our interactions with
customers;
- To detect
and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities, to report
spam, and to protect the rights and interests of euVou, users of our services,
third parties, and the public;
- To
update, expand and analyse our records, identify new customers and provide
products and services that may be of interest to you;
- To analyse
trends, administer our websites, track Visitor behaviour in order to understand
what Visitors are looking for and to better assist them;
- To
monitor and improve marketing campaigns and make relevant suggestions to you.
- To build
a robust database by using the data collected to create statistics based on
Visitor behaviour.
4. With
whom we share your information.
euVou is
not the ultimate recipient of your information. The information provided by you
and the information generated by you are made available to the Event Organizer,
which is responsible for the storage and security of such information.
In
addition, where appropriate, your information may also be shared with the
Exhibitors of the Event, who will also be responsible for the storage and
security of such information.
euVou keeps
in its database only the essential information for the development of its
activity and the information arising from legal obligations, tax or from
specific court order.
We share
your information only in the ways described in this Privacy Policy and only
with parties that adopt appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
We require
all euVou employees and contractors to follow this Privacy Policy for personal
information that we share with them.
We may need
to share your personal information and generated information with third party
service providers, such as marketing and advertising partners, web analytics
providers and payment processors. These providers are permitted to use your
personal information only as necessary to offer these services to us.
In
addition, we make available on our mobile application a "Networking"
tool. This tool serves as an alternative to the old practice of exchanging
business cards. Visitors can use it to exchange contact information with each
other. The use of this tool is completely optional. However, you will only have
access to your visitors' contact information if you allow your information to
be shared with them as well.
5. Your
rights.
Where we
rely on your consent as the legal basis for proceeding with data collection,
you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
You can unsubscribe
from receiving newsletters and other non-essential messages using the
"unsubscribe" function included in all such messages. However, you
will continue to receive notifications and emails essential to our provision of
service.
You can
disable browser cookies before visiting our websites. However, if you do so,
you may not be able to use certain features of the sites properly.
You may
choose not to provide optional profile information. You may also delete or
change your optional profile information. You can always choose not to fill out
non-mandatory fields when you submit any form linked to our sites.
You have
the right to access (and obtain a copy if necessary) of the personal
information we maintain about you, including the source, purpose and processing
period of the information.
You have
the right to update the information we hold about you or to correct any
inaccuracies. Based on the purpose for which we use your information, you may

circumstances, such as when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it

Information Retention.
We may
retain your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes
described in this Privacy Policy. At times, we may retain your information for
longer periods as permitted or required by law in order to perform our
contracts, resolve tax-related matters, accounting matters, or to comply with
other legal obligations.
When we no
longer have a legitimate need to process your information, we will delete or
anonymize your information in our databases.
In
addition, some data may remain at euVou for statistical analysis and
development of specific studies, always aiming to provide a better service to
its users.
7.
Security Measures.
To protect
your personal information, euVou takes reasonable precautions and follows the
best practices in the market to make sure that it will not be inappropriately
lost, stolen, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
Whenever
necessary, your information will be anonymized or even encrypted.
Furthermore,
euVou keeps a controlled access over your information. Only authorized persons
can have access, and all of them have signed a confidentiality agreement about
the information accessed.
8. Data
Protection Officer.
We have
appointed a data protection officer to oversee our management of your personal
information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you have questions or
concerns about our privacy practices regarding your personal information, you

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Therefore, we recommend that you
periodically visit this page to be aware of any changes. If material changes
are made that require new consent from you, we will post a new privacy policy.
Before we
use information for purposes other than those set forth in this Privacy Policy,
we will ask for your authorization.

Applicable Law
Although it
complies with the European legislation of data protection, this document is
governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the
Federative Republic of Brazil.

Place of Jurisdiction.

registering on behalf of another person, you guarantee, under your full civil
and criminal responsibility, that you have the free, specific, informed and
explicit consent of the owner of the registered data to the processing of
his/her personal data;
In this
case, if you do not have the data subject's consent, you should not continue
with the registration.
