Dear Exhibitor,

We are very pleased to have you as an Exhibitor at The Smarter E South America 2019, to be held on 27-29 August, 2019, at the Expo Center Norte, White Pavilion, in São Paulo.

In order to help you plan your involvement and to ensure the smooth on-site operation of the Show, please always refer to this Manual.

As an Exhibitor, you are expected to instruct all companies you outsource to fully comply with all of the Venue's regulations, specifications and requirements included in this Manual, particularly with regard to the installation and decoration of your booth, and the good condition of the Exhibition Hall and any other areas of the Convention Center.

The Venue Management will stop any job which does not comply with the installation standards set out in this Manual. You will be charged for any damages caused by jobs under your supervision.

We advise you to relay the information herein to all persons involved in the set-up, decoration, operation or dismantling of your booth, so that they can time their arrangements in the best way possible.
